FACILITIES EOSH SERVICES 

• Review and inspection of buildings such as hospitals, labs, craft shops, housing, recreational facilities, offices, parking lots, storage, support facilities, etc. for safety, hygiene, environmental, and ergonomic concerns.

• Review of routine operating procedures, emergency procedures, or special procedures such removal of fume hoods, contaminated equipment, confined space entry
• Review of ventilation equipment maintenance to prevent IAQ complaints, limit exposures to airborne viruses.

• Design Reviews of prospective new buildings for EHS and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance and best practices.

• Design Reviews of remodeling of older areas for asbestos, lead, perchloric acid use, mercury, etc., adequate exits and storage, amenities, ADA.
• Chemical use reviews for new products, pesticides, cleaners, solvents, disinfection, etc.

• OSHA and building code compliance

• Air sampling for employee exposures to products used in maintenance and repair.

• Complaint investigations such as odors which may travel to occupied areas.

• Noise sampling--fans, motors, engines, powered equipment, complaints from neighbors

• Training--for RCRA, Asbestos Awareness, Hazard Communication (latest version), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Lead Hazards, Emergency Response, Ergonomics, Confined Space

• Writing new policies and programs for occupational and environmental health and safety for your facilities as needed.
